An order from nexqiravo is never final until you say so. This policy explains the free 30-day return window, the refund timeline, and every rule between them.
Opening Facts
- 30 calendar days from delivery to return, entirely free;
- Return postage and restocking fees: not part of this store;
- Refunds arrive in 3-7 business days;
- Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties: set down on our side, never yours.
A Full Month to Decide
The count begins on the delivery date and lasts 30 calendar days. Every request inside that span returns the item at no cost.
Return-Eligible Items
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact;
- Accompanied by your order number or another proof of purchase.
Items That Stay Sold
- Gift cards;
- Goods sold as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
- Custom-made or personalized pieces;
- Items damaged through misuse after arrival.
The Return Journey, Mapped
- First marker: the email. Send your order number and reason to .
- Second marker: the confirmation. Within 24-48 hours we verify eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Third marker: the handoff. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Fourth marker: the refund underway. It starts at the carrier's first scan — warehouse arrival never holds it back.
One Step Before Shipping
Ship nothing until our reply lands. Parcels sent unarranged cannot be matched to an order and may forfeit their refund.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method, normally within 3-7 business days; a few banks post a touch slower.

Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties — on orders, returns, or refunds — never reach nexqiravo customers. We carry every one.

Seven business days past approval, credit still absent?
- Read your bank or card statement once more;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Email and we will take up the search.

Need a different size or color? Order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
When the Parcel Betrays You
Damaged, faulty, or plainly wrong? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, then your pick: free replacement or full refund. Usually nothing travels back.
Cancel Before Dispatch Day
Cancel any time before the carrier collects for a complete refund. After dispatch, the 30-day return above takes over.
